 My visit to Jordan and Social Media. It came to my attention that many women in Jordan really care about the mobiles they carry, its kind of a social economic status indicator. Women jump on the new IPhone as soon as its on the market. Women there love to brag about their new phones which has been the case for some time now.  Thats one of the reasons why buying a mobile in developing countries is booming nowadays. Not only that, women here believe that if you dont have an Instagram account , twitter, Facebook as well as Snap chat, this shows that you arent really part of their high end society and you basically dont or cant fit with them! Another reason why women here keep using social media , to fit in! This trip to Jordan, especially after taking the course of Web 2.0 , really have enlightened my way of thinking and reflecting on social media uses in the world.  If i were to stay and live with them, i would have probably been one of those women! While going through my readings, i came across many benefits for creating and sharing blogs, although as our weeks go by, i truly felt the benefits first hand, but i wanted to share few thoughts on it .  Blogs create a dialogues between bloggers and readers. Through the generated conversations, bloggers and readers build a strong solid base of shared experiences, which reinforces interaction atmosphere. Comments feature help enhance the interaction and social engagement of learners and reinforce peer online discussion and  sharing culture.   Have you thought about your daily protein intakes? How much protein does weigh in your daily diet ? Is it enough or are you over consuming ?Is it mainly animal based ? plant based? How much do you need daily ? What is the recommended guidelines for an American adult ? What is the recommended guidelines for an active adult, or an athlete? Do they have same needs or requirements of protein as a sedentary adult?  Padlet's features  Padlet is a free online application, user friendly multimedia wall which can be used to encourage real-time, whole class participation and assessment.  Reflection on reading a great article : Instructional Design and Development for Social Media Lessons by Dr. Dennen. Designing Social media lessons. So , its basically like you are planing a regular lesson, you need to consider the intended learning outcomes and ensure that the content of your lesson or the concepts addresses those outcomes and the instructional activities provide the needed practice to achieve the educational goals. You need to ask few questions, like how much value doe s social media add to your lesson? does it support your instructional method , whether its collaborative or concept methods..etc. Will this media support your learning activities?
